What Can You Do?
There are a number of ways that you can help. Below are further descriptions of what you can do to help make the effort a success. You can click here or on the signup link to the left to contact us.
Monetary or in-kind contributions can be made to the tournament. Proceeds from the #25 Memorial Tournament are donated to the charitable 501(c)(3) organizations below.
Our fundraising efforts include a silent auction, t-shirt and hat sales and event program. All of which are open to the public. We accept whatever goodwill you or your business can offer.
The Event Program - Advertising space can be a tax deductible expense. Donation levels are $350-$499 for ½ page, and $500 and more for a full page.
Chinese Auction - Items consist of combined prizes to create a package or experience.
Auction Tickets - Printing these tickets can be sponsored and your message will be on the back of our auction tickets as a tax deductible advertising expense. A donation of $450 will get your message to all that support this event.
The tournament is more than just a series of games. We have many activities to attract the public and encourage attendance of the entire family. These activities rely very much on donations.
The Saturday Lunch - A buffet of food is provided free of charge to our participants
The Ceremonies - Shortly after the lunch begins, we have ceremonies commemorating the tournament. This includes a welcome, sponsor recognition, and message from Laurie DeFabritiis
Victory Party - To celebrate the conclusion of the tournament and of course the champions, we offer musical entertainment, an inflatable moonwalk for the kids, and a Bar-B-Que.
The tournament needs your help to operate as well. Volunteer your time to help us run the days events in any of the following positions.
Referees - We need experienced referees to work the games
Timekeepers/Announcers - We need people to record games statistics, make announcements, and keep games on time.
Runners - We need people willing to do any task at a moments notice. This includes promoting the prizes, working the booths, or going to the store to pick up any items.
